Garlic Shrimp or Chicken
Serves 2
Ingredients:
- Cooking oil of your choice 1-2 oz
- Minced garlic 1 tbsp
- Shrimp or chicken Sliced 4-6 oz
- Mixed vegetables 14- 16 oz (broccoli, carrots, zucchini, celery, or cauliflower)
- Sliced white onion 2 oz
- Thai Place Stir Fry Cooking Sauce 2-3 tbsp
- Sugar 1 tsp
- Cornstarch or Potato Starch 1-2 tbsp
- Water 2-4 tbsp
Instructions:
- Dissolve the cornstarch in water and set aside.
- Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and add the oil. Sauté the garlic until aromatic and add shrimp or chicken until partially cooked through.
- Add mixed vegetables and ¼ cup of water and stir fry until vegetables are tender.
- Add Thai Place Stir Fry Cooking Sauce, cornstarch to slightly thicken, and sugar, then stir fry for 2-3 minutes more.
- Place on dish and serve.
