Thai Place Delight
Serves 2
Ingredients:
- Cooking oil of your choice 1-2 oz
- Large shrimp, peeled and deveined 3-4 oz
- Sliced chicken breast 3-4 oz
- Minced garlic 1 clove
- Mixed vegetables 14-16 oz
- Thai Place Stir Fry Cooking Sauce 2-3 tbsp
- Sugar 1 tsp
- Cornstarch or Potato starch 1-2 tbsp
- Water 2-4 tbsp
Instructions:
- Dissolve the cornstarch in water and set aside.
- Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat and add the garlic until aromatic.
- Add the chicken and shrimp and stir fry together until the meat is cooked through.
- Add vegetable blend and ¼ cup of water and continue cooking for 4-5 minutes until tender.
- Add Thai Place Stir Fry Cooking Sauce, cornstarch to slightly thicken, and sugar, then stir fry for 2-3 minutes more.
- Place on dish and serve.
