Thai Place Delight

Ingredients:

  • Vegetable oil 1 oz
  • Large shrimp, peeled and deveined 3 oz
  • Sliced chicken breast 3 oz
  • Minced garlic 1 clove
  • Mixed vegetable blend 14 oz
  • Thai Place Stir Fry Cooking Sauce 2 ¼ tbsp
  • Sugar 1 tsp
  • Cornstarch 1 tbsp
  • Water 2 tbsp


Instructions:

  1. Dissolve the cornstarch in water and set aside.
  2. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat and add the garlic until aromatic.
  3. Add the chicken and shrimp and stir fry together until the meat is cooked through.
  4. Add vegetable blend and ¼ cup of water and continue cooking for 4-5 minutes until tender.
  5. Add Thai Place Stir Fry Cooking Sauce, cornstarch to slightly thicken, and sugar, then stir fry for 2-3 minutes more.
  6. Place on dish and serve.
